
well, i recently got a gym membership and have been hittin up DP just about everyday!
the routine goes as follows:
- -25+ mins on the cross trainer
- -inner and outer thighs (3 sets of 20)
- -work the tris and the bis
- -and ab workouts to the max!
as you can see...the bicep and tricep workouts are really paying off!
