Hey all my single ladies (okay even those of you who arent single)
Sooo i was thinking.... there are still a lot of us left in this lovely land of the stg..... why dont we get together for a fff you know FRIENDS FOREVER FRIDAY lunch date?!? Its a good idea... dont doubt that! so lets shoot out some text messages :) woooo enjoy summer!!!!!

Friends forever... thats what we'll always be.... powellski oh nine.... oh how divine.....Senior year was so swell.....Dixie did us well... but HERE WE COME WORLD.... who let the shizz out? WHO, WHO WHO , WHO!!!!!

today there was an unexpected surprise up in the graphics room!

what was this surprise you might ask....??

-some cookies

-a performance by beyonce

-a dozen roses

-10 lbs of chocolate

or even 

-a nice lap dance

well it was none of these, it was something even better!!!

Yo yo yo you fool n dirty rat! we had a visitor in graphics today.. lishy bop decided to stop by on her potty break so we took a quick snap shot sense we were all lookin so fly~~.. holla at a girl...

just a little update

well, i recently got a gym membership and have been hittin up DP just about everyday!

the routine goes as follows:

• -25+ mins on the cross trainer
• -inner and outer thighs (3 sets of 20)
• -work the tris and the bis
• -and ab workouts to the max!

as you can see...the bicep and tricep workouts are really paying off!

Team, I can't even tell you how excited I am about this! Blogging is pretty much my love.  So just so you all know, you can become contributers to the blog and invite yourself with your own e-mail if you want to...haha I invited myself to be a contributer and that way you don't have to sign in under Amanda's e-mail every time but if you're good with that then that works too.

 Thank you girls for setting us all up under Amanda's e-mail and thank you Amanda for letting us all use it.  You are straight up rock stars.  Anyway if you want to invite yourself as a contributer just go to the starter page blogspot.com and sign in under Amanda's e-mail, then go to settings, permissions, add authors, and type in your e-mail address.  It'll send you a confirmation to your e-mail and wammo your a contributer! 

Anyway enough about that, I didn't have any recent pictures, well actually I do but I haven't put them on the computer yet but I had these from Halloween and my B-day just for fun to let you all see...will post more soon! Can't wait to hear from you all...this is so exciting, and...
